Ng Yan Fei read law at the University of London and graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) in 2017. He began his legal career with Messrs Tay Chai Huat & Co. as a paralegal, managing his own portfolio and case files while completing his Certificate in Legal Practice (CLP) in 2019. Following his admission as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2020, he continued his practice with the same firm before co-founding Messrs Yan Fei, Vern & Partners.

Yan Fei’s practice covers a broad range of matters including real estate, banking, commercial and corporate work. He regularly advises and represents property developers, contractors and financial institutions in property acquisitions and disposals, financing arrangements, loan documentation and contract drafting. 

His experience extends to preparing and negotiating instruments such as Joint Venture Agreements, Share Sale Agreements, Shareholders Agreements, Partnership Agreements, Powers of Attorney, Trust Deeds and Tenancy Agreements.
